Ingredients
  

For the Kebabs

  • 2 pounds sirloin steak cut into cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper cut into chunks
  • 1 green bell pepper cut into chunks
  • 1 red onion cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

For Garlic Herb Butter

  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tablespoons parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juic

Instructions
 

Prepare steak

  • Cut steak into equal-sized cubes.

Season meat

  • Mix steak with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.

Prepare vegetables

  • Cut peppers and onions into large chunks.

Assemble kebabs

  • Thread steak and vegetables onto skewers.

Make garlic butter

  • Mix butter, garlic, parsley, thyme and lemon juice.

Preheat grill

  • Heat grill to medium-high heat.

Grill kebabs

  • Cook kebabs for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally.

Brush with butter
