Ingredients
  

  • 10 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup cooked bacon or sausage
  • 1 bell pepper diced
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease your baking dish.

Cook Vegetables

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook onions, peppers and spinach.

Add Meat

  • Stir cooked bacon or sausage into the vegetable mixture.

Whisk Eggs

  • In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt and black pepper.

Combine Ingredients

  • Spread vegetables and meat in the baking dish. Pour eggs on top.

Add Cheese
