For the Chicken

  • 2 pounds chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

For Bang Bang Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Garnish

  • Green onions
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions
 

Prepare chicken

  • Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and pat dry.

Season coating

  • Mix almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.

Coat chicken

  • Dip chicken in egg, then coat with almond flour mixture.

Heat pan

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Cook chicken

  • Cook chicken until golden and fully cooked.

Make sauce

  • Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, hot sauce, vinegar and garlic powder.

Toss chicken

  • Coat cooked chicken with sauce evenly.

Garnish and serve

  • Top with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
