Ingredients
  

For the crust:

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup butter cold, cubed
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 –3 tablespoons cold water

For the filling:

  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup whipped cream

For the topping:

  • 2 cups fresh fruits berries, kiwi, mango, grapes
  • 2 tablespoons apricot jam for glaze

Instructions
 

Prepare crust

  • Mix flour and sugar. Add butter and rub until crumbly.

Add egg and water

  • Mix in egg yolk and cold water to form dough.

Chill dough

  • Wrap and chill for 20 minutes.

Roll and bake

  • Roll dough, place in tart pan and bake at 180°C for 18–20 minutes. Cool completely.

Make filling

  • Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.

Add whipped cream

  • Fold in whipped cream gently.

Fill tart

  • Spread cream filling evenly over cooled crust.

Add fruits

  • Arrange fresh fruits on top beautifully.

Add glaze

  • Warm apricot jam and brush over fruits.

Chill and serve

  • Refrigerate for 1 hour, then slice and serve.

  • Use fresh seasonal fruits
  • Chill crust before baking

  • Add lemon zest for freshness
