Ingredients
  

  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 can whole kernel corn drained
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese optional
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

Preheat the oven

  • Set oven to 180°C. Grease a baking dish lightly so the casserole does not stick.

Prepare ingredients

  • Drain whole corn and measure all ingredients. Keep everything ready before mixing for easy preparation.

Mix the base

  • In a large bowl, add corn muffin mix, whole corn and creamed corn. Stir gently to combine.

Add creamy ingredients
